Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase and in brand-new condition.
Books- We will only accept returns of new unread books that have not been customized.
Clothing- Since our clothing is purchased through a third-party print-on-demand company we do not accept returns on clothing.
Bookmarks & Stickers- We will accept new unused bookmarks and stickers.
Services- No refunds are available for services rendered.
Refunds
Once your return is received your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Popcorn Publishing 1767 12th Street pmb 396 Hood River, OR. 97031.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for your item. Popcorn Publishing will not reimburse your return shipping costs to you.
